Copyright Law in the digital age

The U.S. government’s Working Group on Intellectual Property Rights has produced an excellent and surprisingly readable report that discusses many issues fundamental to copyright law, intellectual property and the national information infrastructure (NII). The “good stuff” starts on page 7 of the report.

This site, hosted by the North Carolina State Board of Education, has very clear and concise guidelines that were created from the Guidelines from Consortium of College & University Media Centers.
