Big Brother is Watching. . . .

In California, a circuit court judge has announced that ReplayTV, which makes Personal Video Recorders (PVRs) that can not only record digital content like TIVO, but also have the capability to automatically skip commercials and then connect to the Internet to e-mail these movies or programs to other users, has to track what viewers are watching, the commercials they are skipping, and what files are being sent over the Internet. Scary stuff!!!
